BeachBody

If you are interested in getting into shape and fit, I am starting some new challenges in small groups of 5... sort of accountability groups to help people be motivated, and have help through their journey of getting into shape. I am starting with a P90x group. Let me know if you are interested. You can check out the details on my fitness blog.

This challenge starts December 1st. So hurry and let me know if you want in!!! I am all about helping other people, but I am looking for some seriously committed people who really are willing to eat well and finally make a change in their lives!

going private

for reals this time. i'm going private. my health and wellness blog has gone more public than it used to be, and i don't want my kids and other personal information readily available to random people. so please leave a comment or email me at tiffanydansie@gmail.com if you'd like an invite. :)

does anyone even look at this thing anymore?

no really. does anyone even read this? oh well. i guess it's mostly for journaling purposes anyway. i swear, i have so many pictures to put here. three months have gone by and no post from tiffany. crazy.

i'll be back with pictures, updates on our move to utah, rad camp (well you can check my rad blog if you want to read about it. i don't want to re-type it or post it here anyway), and life as we know it in american fork. :)

holy moly

i'm pretty sure this is about to be my longest post ever... in pictures. i have seriously taken a gazillion pictures since we've been home from utah.

we have been super busy around here. or rather, super stressed. we are getting ready to go to the camp for families that have children with rad in 2 weeks, and we are moving to utah in 3 weeks. surprise! yep. pretty random. not planned. but when a job opportunity came up (with the same company) at a new, short term rehab facility, tyler pursued it and got the job. yay for being close to new hope (cameron's school)!

so here goes the last month... in pictures...

yes. i have a thumb sucker. i think it's the cutest thing ever! she's not addicted yet. but it is becoming more frequent.
 stuck in her shirt

yes. avery is catching up with macey quickly. (and isaac).

ave and mae (macey has a few new nicknames. one being "ramona." when her hair is messy, the one length look totally reminds me of ramona quimby. we also call her "susan." her hair totally reminds me of that little girl "susan" on the new miracle on 34th street.

cameron's creativity is coming out. it makes me happy. (that is a snowman in a canoe... paddles and all).

this baby has been sick with bronchitis. everyone (except for me) went through a nasty chest cold and for baby avery, it settled in her lungs. poor thing! 5 1/2 months old

A night out

I'm a talker... and a loud one too... just ask Kasey and LauraLee. They will tell you how I am working on my quiet voice. :)

I don't know how much I have mentioned it on this blog, but we have been in Utah for the past 3 weeks, getting some more training and help for our family. (I talk a lot about it on my RAD blog). I finally got to go out to dinner with Kasey, LauraLee, and my sister Heather. (I haven't had much "alone" time since I have been here in Utah without Tyler). We went to a little cafe in Springville that has a pretty sweet menu. Some raw, vegan, vegetarian, all natural type of stuff. Loved it there! It was delicious! We had some brownies that my Mom and I made on the way home to celebrate LauraLee turning one year older... they were raw brownies. Pure deliciousness! Dinner was so fun! We plan to make it a habit when I'm in town... and even more of a habit if when I move here... someday. :)

Here are some pictures from the past few days....

Avery on a walk by New Hope with the kids from New Hope 2.

My mom. The coolest lady ever. We were unpacking. :)
Mae and Isaac playing "hair dresser"

Isaac and Macey playing "hair dresser" with Avery.

This is what I get to look down at when she falls asleep eating. Love it.
I'm posting every single picture we took... just because Kasey LOVES to take pictures!
Kasey, LauraLee, me, my bestest friend, Heather (aka my twin sister)
Kasey holding Ethan (Heather's twin boy), LauraLee holding her baby, Caden (who happens to be like a week younger than Avery), me and Ave, Heather and her twin girl, Sydney
 Love your eyes Heather!

I forgot to take pictures when we went to dinner, so I requested that Heather come over to New Hope to have another brownie and take some pictures with us! Thanks Tancie for taking them (Kasey's daughter).
Isaac and I at New Hope, playing Memory.
 Playing Polly Dolls together. :)
Having some much needed "Mom time." Filling him with my love after his 2 days of anger at New Hope.
Isaac having some creative free play at New Hope on the chalkboard this morning.

Our food from the restaurant was so good. (Even if the man serving our food had some sort of sauce in his mustache that I never saw but Kasey and LauraLee did). This is a raw soup LauraLee had... we all tasted it and it was so yummy!
Kasey, Heather and I all shared this stuff. So delish. It was so much prettier in real life!
